Sadhguru has a dream of creating a world of walking temples. In his latest darshan, he mentioned that he’s entrusting us to do our best while he recovers from his injuries. 

As an offering to him, we want to do our bit in raising our world’s collective conscience. One of the best ways is by doing our sadhana daily. So, we’re starting a 21-day challenge to help you become more regular with your practices.


  • Daily Online Sessions: Participate every day for 21 days. Each session is designed to enhance your understanding and practice of classical Hatha Yoga.
