Sadhguru has a dream of creating a world of walking temples. As an offering to him, we want to do our bit in raising our world’s collective conscience. One of the best ways is by doing our sadhana daily. So, we’re starting a Regular Practice Support to help you become more regular with your practices.

Starting from: 15 February 2025

  • Daily Online Sessions: Attend each session and participate every day. We will guide you on how to manage your practices based on your time availability.
  • Weekend Session : a dedicated session for doubt clarification, Q & A, and deeper insights into your practice.
  • Personal Growth: This Support is not just about regularity in practice; it’s an opportunity to break old patterns, develop new habits, and foster personal growth and inner peace.
  • Commitment to Transformation: Commit yourself to daily Sadhana and witness profound changes in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Date – 15 Feb.
  • Time – 3 batch – 5:30 AM, & 7:00 AM 

Who Can Join:

Anyone who has learned Classical Hatha Yoga practices like Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Surya Shakti, or Bhuta Shuddhi.
